Industrial & Facilities Maintenance
- Perform skilled repairs. Analyze failure modes and develop strategies to reduce or eliminate recurrence.
- Create, implement and oversee the proper execution and effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other pertinent standards and regulatory agencies.
- Merge ISO 14224 guidelines into the work orders system to standardize data for statistical and reliability purposes.
- Ensure that repairs, labor and inventory transactions are correctly documented in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Perform regular audits to ensure database accuracy.
- Inspect machines, equipment, tool and facilities to identify needed services or repairs.
- Monitor the parts & tools inventory and maintenance shop(s) condition to ensure workplace organization per 5S principles.
- Conduct investigations, document findings and make recommendations.
- Evaluate, select, perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), install and provide training on new machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to prevent, identify and correct unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Department (QA) to promptly address deviations and ensure that product quality meets company standards.
- Review, evaluate, accept, and coordinate completion of contract work.
